From the afternoon of Saturday 12th January 2019, SIHH hospitality staff will be at Geneva Airport to welcome and inform visitors as they arrive, and at the hotels as from Sunday noon.
From Monday 14th January to Thursday 17th January 2019, an information desk is open from 8.30am to 8pm for visitors requiring help finding their way around SIHH, for information on events taking place in Geneva during the week, and other useful information (Geneva street map, train and plane times, etc.).
SIHH takes place at GENEVA PALEXPO, 10 minutes from Geneva city centre. It is easily reached from Geneva International Airport, Geneva Cointrin railway station, and by motorway.

The central bars are open from 8.30am to 8pm. Lunch is served from 11.30am to 3pm, with a selection of dishes in addition to hot and cold drinks. For information, a charge will be made at the central bars and restaurants on Thursday January 17th when SIHH is open to the public.

The Press Kiosk carries a complimentary selection of international daily papers and magazines for visitors to take away.
Books on watchmaking or reference works on the history of the Exhibitors are on sale at the Bookshop.
Visitors enjoy self-service access to computers, Internet, printers, photocopiers and fax machines.

Two Air France/KLM hostesses at the Information point will assist visitors with their flight arrangements.
Located in Hall 7, near the staff restaurant, this area offers a comfortable space where visitors can smoke inside the building.
A Concierge service is located at the Information point. Hospitality staff will source recommendations and useful information to facilitate visitors’ time in Geneva, and make bookings on their behalf.
